About Aleka

Aleka was born and raised in Santa Fe. She left the state to study on both coasts of the country, before ultimately returning to Santa Fe. Upon her return, she worked as a manager in Santa Fe’s thriving hospitality industry. Realizing that the world of hospitality did not offer the challenge she was looking for, Aleka pursed a change of career. She was offered a position in the Las Campanas Sales office, due in large part to her strong background in customer service. At Las Campanas she worked as Office Manager, before obtaining her Real Estate License in 2006. After becoming licensed, she was happy to transition to the position of Sales Assistant to the six Sales Executives. After five successful years at Las Campanas she was recruited by Johnnie, a former Las Campanas Sales Executive, to join the Marion Skubi Group.

Today Aleka brings her strong administrative and organizational skills to the Marion Skubi Group. Her background in real estate, coupled with her extensive knowledge of Las Campanas, make her a perfect fit for the team. Aleka uses her attention to detail to ensure that every transaction-from listing, to marketing, to closing-is handled smoothly and effectively. She can usually be found in the office, making sure all bases are covered, so that Johnnie and Marion are able to work in the field uniting buyer with property.

Aleka enjoys ending her busy days with a long walk with her husband, daughter and English Bulldog, Saki Lou Monroe.
