Las Campanas Owners Association Dues Below you will find a list of assessments for 2006; they represent yearly charges. All lots that have been sold to retail purchasers, with the exception of the Club Casitas, pay Master Association Assessments. The Estancias and Los Santeros pay only Master Assessments at this time. All the other Estates pay a reserve and in some cases a beneficial assessment in addition to the Master. Reserve assessments are for the eventual repair and / or replacement of the amenities within the Estates (gates,mailboxes, roads, etc.) Beneficial assessments are charged to those Estates where the landscape has been enhanced beyond what is found in a typical Estate. Six lots in Pueblos pay an additional reserve assessment for the maintenance of the wall that borders the front of their property on Eagle Feather Court.
