Dining at the Hacienda clubhouse is an exercise in elegance.
In the Main Dining Room, which features a view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountain
range, you will enjoy a memorable meal prepared by chefs dedicated to keeping
alive the tradition of exceptional Southwest cooking. Fireplaces on both ends
of the room ward off the chill of a cool desert night.
Rich natural woods, pottery and sculpture provide the environment of The Mixed Grill,
one of the Club's most popular dining spots. Here too you'll find beautiful
views and an adjacent full-service bar.
On the upper level, a Private Dining Room with video capabilities is available
for meetings. And, like most Hacienda facilities, it comes with the requisite
golf and mountain views.
