Las Campanas Membership Equity Golf Membership This membership, presently priced at $90,000, includes full use of all Club facilities including unlimited rounds of golf with no green fee. The buyer has the ability to transfer this membership, through the Club, to all successive purchasers of their lot (if there is an "unbroken chain" of successive Equity Golf Memberships transferred) with 80% equity returned to the member. The current Club dues are $617.94 per month including tax. Equity Club Membership This includes full use of all Club facilities including limited golf privileges. This membership includes 12 rounds of golf per year, subject to certain restrictions and fees. This membership is transferable, through the Club, to the next lot owner with 80% equity returned to the member. This membership is presently priced at $75,000 for purchases of developer lots. The current club dues are $308.98 per month including tax. Equity Social Membership This includes full use of all Club facilities excluding golf. The buyer has the ability to transfer this membership, through the Club, the next lot owner of any home site in Las Campanas who does not have another membership. For purchasers of developer lots, this membership is included in the purchase price at closing. It is available on resale lot purchases for $60,000. The current Club dues are $300.98 per month including tax. Unlimited Membership This was the original non-equity golf membership and is no longer being offered with developer sales. It includes full use of all Club facilities including unlimited rounds of golf with no green fees. When the property was purchased from Las Campanas, the buyer received the ability to transfer this membership to the next purchaser on time before January 1, 2010. The current Club dues are $617.94 per month including tax. National Membership This non-equity membership will no longer be offered with developer sales. Existing National Memberships will be honored. This membership includes full use of all Club facilities with golf privileges limited to 20 rounds per year per membership. There are no green fees. The current Club dues are $308.98 per month including tax.
