For more than 45 years, Marion has been involved in the development and marketing of some of the finest and most unique properties in the West. Marion is respected for her integrity, high ethical standards and professional conduct. Marion works with buyers and sellers, often finding just the right buyers for the fine properties she represents. Marion is accomplished and knowledgeable in the areas of the Historic Eastside, Las Campanas, Santa Fe and the surrounding areas. She’s effective, efficient and organized. She has consistently been one of Sotheby’s International Realty’s top producers.
Marion has been a committed professional for over 45 years with experience as a licensed real estate agent in many of the states in the West including in New Mexico for 25 years. As an accomplished real estate professional, Marion has run her own office with other agents working for her, and was hired to head the real estate division of one of the largest privately owned timber companies in the West to develop and liquidate their vast and varied holdings. Marion has proven herself to be qualified and dedicated as a real estate professional and has achieved great success, while never compromising her integrity or the respect she has gained in the real estate industry.
Marion is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, a Certified Residential Specialist and a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute. She and her husband, Joe, who is a 1955 graduate of Santa Fe High School, returned to Santa Fe in 1997. Marion is a distance swimmer, a weight-lifter, a hiker, (a former dedicated tennis player until her elbow gave out!) and an avid gardener. Marion serves as a director of The Foundation for the Santa Fe Symphony Orchestra as well as chairing the Board Development Committee and as a member of Finance Committee for the Santa Fe Symphony operations Board. She’s an active supporter of the performing and visual arts in Santa Fe.
