REMINDER OF ANNUAL MEETING
AND BOARD ELECTIONS
Fellow members,
Hope you are all enjoying the start of the summer season. Just wanted to remind you that the Annual Meeting will be held on July 18th at 4:00 and be followed by an open bar and an array of appetizers from Chef Jake- including a raw bar.
Ballots for the Board election will be emailed on June 19th and need to be completed by the Annual Meeting date- or you can vote at the meeting. The candidates already proposed by the Nominating Committee are Margaret Hoban, Kate Moss, G. Skip Poliner, and Sandy Wright (whose bios may be found on the Governance Page of the Club Website) and any group of fifty Equity Members may propose additional candidates who are Equity Members in good standing. Such a proposal should be submitted to the Nominating Committee with a copy to Kay Lee, Director of IT Services and Communications (klee@clublc.com), accompanied by a picture and completed Candidate Nomination Profile no later than 5 PM on June 18.
