Note: Important information regarding work, activities and events scheduled at the Club this week.

Clubhouse Drive, from the Las Campanas Drive Gatehouse all the way to the Clubhouse entrance, will be resurfaced on Wednesday October 7th and Thursday October 8th (weather permitting). The micro-surfacing sets-up and dries fast, but please do not drive, walk, or cross on the fresh asphalt as it will track. The asphalt will not wash out of clothing, shoes, carpets, driveways, or pets!

If you have any plans to come to the Fitness Center, tennis courts, or Clubhouse for golf or dining, please be aware that one side of Clubhouse Drive will be impassable as the new surface is applied. The surfacing project will take two days to complete, working from 7:30AM- 5:00PM, or until the barricades are removed. Vehicles will not be able to use the roads until the barricades are removed.

Turning into the Fitness Center and Tennis Court parking lot might present the greatest challenge on the day entry road work is scheduled. Please bear in mind, we can shuttle you up to the Fitness Center from the Clubhouse parking lot if turns into those parking lots are not permitted when you arrive.

We will be notified if the work needs to be rescheduled because of inclement weather or equipment failure.

Sunday October 4th -The indoor pool will be closed at 10AM and will remain closed during the pool deck resurfacing project. The outdoor pool will remain open through October 18th and is available for lap swimming and recreational swimming by reservation only.

Monday October 5th – The Sunrise and Sunset Golf Course are closed for maintenance. The Practice park will open at noon. The golf staff will be available to retrieve clubs and provide carts to get you to the practice park.

Reminder – Please wear you face coverings at all times, except while eating and drinking, at the Clubhouse and around the Club.

Claudia is conducting hitting drills every Saturday morning in October. Claudia and Holger are both available for lessons and Holger is available to restring your racquets before the winter season. The Club has made arrangements for indoor tennis to be played once again at the Shellaberger Tennis Center beginning November 1, 2020 and running through May 2021. It’s a great option when the temperature drops, or the weather is not conducive for outdoor play.
